Ryan Fischer - Maintenance Division Field Manager

As the Maintenance Division Field Manager at Heritage, Ryan plays a critical role in overseeing field operations across both the Maintenance and Installation Divisions. He is responsible for ensuring that all job sites are executed with precision and completed on schedule. This includes supervising the Enhancement crew and managing lawn care services to ensure that every property meets the company’s high standards of excellence. He also conducts site visits for upcoming projects, ensuring seamless coordination and client satisfaction at every stage of the process.

Outside of work, Ryan grew up in Lapeer County and is happily married to his wife, Sarah. This December marks their 10th wedding anniversary. In January, they welcomed their first child, Mae Lynn, who is the center of their world. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
