Matt Kunder -Integrator

As Heritage & Co.’s Integrator, Matt Kunder is the tie-breaker for the leadership team and the glue for the company. He is responsible for the company’s P&L results, business plan, and holding the leadership team accountable.

A veteran of the landscape construction industry, Matt joined Team Heritage in 2004 and was responsible for the company’s overall operations including achieving business objectives, meeting client expectations, and delivering construction projects on time and within budget. As a result, Matt has driven Heritage and Company to successfully be a leader in the landscape construction industry. He brings a wealth of knowledge & experience to the operations, finance, business development, procurement, and marketing departments.

Matt currently resides in Highland, Michigan with his wife, Jess, and daughters! #girldad In his spare time, he enjoys kayaking, photography, mindful reading/podcasts, camping, and is a strong supporter of the Michigan State Spartans!
