Dean Morales -President

Heritage & Company is owned and operated under the direction of President/Visionary, Dean Morales. Dean has over 20 years of expertise in landscape construction and grounds management. He has dedicated his professional career to establishing a business which is one of few union landscape contractors in the state of Michigan.

In his early beginnings as a college freshman, Dean operated a summer landscape company that soon grew into what we now know as Heritage & Company. Through hard work, dedication, integrity, and a solid focus on relationships amongst team members, clients, and partners, Dean has created a top performing landscape construction and grounds maintenance company.

Dean is married to Michelle, an elementary teacher in Oakland County and is the proud father of two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, particularly fishing and hunting. When he is not in the woods or on the water, you can find him enjoying competitive sports with family and friends.
